1. Operator and contact
Labelador is currently a privately run, free project of Tomasz Fiedoruk, without customer accounts or payments. The operator has decided not to publish an address in this phase. For service questions, complaints and data requests, use https://fiedoruk.pl/#kontakt. If the activity becomes gainful or professional, we will reassess disclosure duties and update these terms before that change.
Labelador is independent. It is not an official service of NIIMBOT or other printer makers.
2. What the free service includes
Without an account, you may browse the catalogue, design a label in Studio, edit text, icons, photos and codes, view the monochrome preview and download a PNG or an editable label file. You may also save designs locally in this browser.
This version has no paid features, subscription or customer accounts. Public links containing private projects are disabled. A future paid service would require separate terms and an explicit choice; no charge will be imposed silently.
3. Technical requirements and printing
Designing needs a modern browser with JavaScript and local storage. Privacy settings, limited device space or clearing browser data can affect saving. Downloading a file gives you an independent copy.
Direct printing needs a compatible Web Bluetooth browser, a secure connection, permission and a user action. The accepted scope is the exact NIIMBOT M2-H, model 4608/protocol 4, with 50 × 30 mm gap stock and a 48 × 30 mm image area, checked on one unit. B1 supports design and export; B1 and other models are not currently enabled for printing. A similar family name does not prove compatibility.
You select and confirm the physical roll; the app does not detect its size automatically. Before each print, review the preview, stock and device. An adapter acknowledgment does not guarantee the quality of every physical label.
4. Starting and stopping
The agreement to use the free, accountless features begins when you start using them after these terms have been made available. You may stop using the site at any time.
You can remove local designs and settings in the service or browser. Download a copy first if you want to edit later. Closing the page cannot recall a job already sent to a printer.
5. Designs, files and your content
Label text, working photos and QR contents remain on your device during ordinary editing; with private project sharing disabled, the service does not upload them to Labelador’s server. PNG contains the finished image. An editable label file may also contain data needed for later editing, including optional photo sources.
You are responsible for what you enter and for keeping files and backups safe. In particular, check QR codes containing contact details or a Wi-Fi password before passing a label to someone else.
Do not provide unlawful content, infringe others’ rights, or use the service for fraud, harassment or disruption. The operator may restrict an abused function to the extent necessary to protect the service and others’ rights.
6. Content and catalogue rights
You may use labels you create with Labelador privately or commercially, subject to the law. You must have rights to photos, words, marks and other material you add.
Permission to use the finished label does not grant rights to copy the application code, the whole element library, the Labi brand or graphic source files as a separate product. External components keep their own licences, including the preserved MIT, Apache-2.0 and OFL notices; these terms do not replace them.
7. Complaints, limits and consumer rights
Report a service problem or complaint through https://fiedoruk.pl/#kontakt. Describe the feature, browser and symptom without passwords, sensitive details or a complete private label. We will respond to a complaint within 14 days of receipt; if information is missing, we will identify what is needed.
We take care in running the service but do not promise uninterrupted availability or hardware compatibility beyond the stated scope. Nothing here excludes or limits consumer rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
8. Changes to these terms
The current version and date appear on the site. We will give notice on the site before a material change to scope or rules takes effect; the new text will remain readable and savable.
Changing these terms does not create charges without your explicit choice or remove rights in your previously downloaded files. If you do not accept the new terms, you may stop using the service.
