Preview, scale and paper

Label view displays the same print dots, smoothed only for the screen. Dots view shows the raster without smoothing. The outline and shadow are not printed. Choose a roll to see its dimensions and margins; corner shape is illustrative.

1:1 scale requires calibration to your screen. Recalibrate after changing screens or zoom. Ink, paper and physical alignment depend on your roll and printer.

Printer and label

First time? Get the printer ready in 3 steps

This guide covers the supported M2-H with 50 × 30 mm stock. Other profiles currently support design and download.

  1. 1. Load the roll and turn on

    Load labels as shown inside the printer, close the lid and turn it on. Check the battery. Disconnect the manufacturer app if it is already connected.

  2. 2. Choose in the Bluetooth window

    Open the site directly in Chrome or Edge with Bluetooth support. Turn on computer/phone Bluetooth and click “Connect printer”. Select your device in the browser window, then “Pair”.

  3. 3. Confirm the size

    Choose 50 × 30 mm and “This roll is in the printer”. Fit the design if needed. Review the preview, click “Print 1 label” and confirm one print.

No printer listed / using an iPhone

Bring the printer closer, check its power and disconnect it from other apps. Allow browser Bluetooth if the system asks. You do not need to pair in system device settings first: choose it in the browser window. A browser built into Facebook, LinkedIn or another app may block the connection: copy the URL into a separate Chrome/Edge window.

Safari, Firefox and iPhone/iPad in the currently supported setup let you design and download. Installing Chrome on an iPhone does not enable this Bluetooth path.

After replacement, choose “I am changing the roll” and its new size. Connecting does not read dimensions automatically.

Check the sticker size on the roll in your printer. The image you design has its own size.

Connect the printer to try reading the size. You can also select it manually.

Listed sizes are for selection and preview. They do not mean printing has been verified.

How do we know the size?

We try reading the size from the device. Not every model, firmware or medium reports it; select the roll manually when it does not. A reading is a suggestion; you still confirm the loaded roll before printing.

You can preview and export other sizes. Printing in this version is enabled only for a physical 50 × 30 mm sticker with a 48 × 30 mm image.
